Furthermore, while not being particularly familiar with LATAM region myself, it does seem like the proposal is heavily focused on Brazil instead of the wider region. While it seems like Brazil has an abundance of developers (more than the rest of the region combined it seems) due to it's population, the lack of representation from other regions is somewhat concerning. If the focus is to be mainly Brazil or Portuguese speaking communities, perhaps it would be better to reorient to proposal to better highlight that fact.
