In the proposal they mention that they will be focused on Latin America and building in the Hispanic market, however, the whole team is located in Brazil / Portugal, so I personally believe that the team is strongly focused on the Portuguese speaking ecosystem and not so much on the Hispanic one.\n\n2. The proposal I think sets quite high goals for the region. Onboarding 1500 new developers is an incredibly high number, not only for the region, but even on a global scale. \n\n3. There are costs that I do not consider correct.
