I think the time is ripe to give RPCs and OpenGov \"funding months\" (months dedicated to funding certain areas with open calls for teams to provide services under specific criteria) to increase transparency and accountability of treasury spending. I'd prefer that the bounties remain under a much lowered budget (and orders of magnitude less work for the curators, obviously still compensating them for the work) to handle reasonable funds.","voterNetwork":"polkadot","remarkType":"markdown","version":"4","timestamp":1763461772},"address":"12His7t3EJ38tjdBbivUzWQeaNCLKfMqtKp1Ed3xHMyCE9N3","signature":"0x326590122563a6d597c6b8bb8a1025e2397ae8ada003b86dc11cb02afd980c6778464143af3ed3c43dcd965a6579686a61947a8783ed7eb8de07995bd502768b","version":"2"}
