It's not very clear to me whether what's the data stored on chain is the actual compressed content, or the IPFS hash, but either way, it is certainly possible to build a fully fledged content management system using the Polkadot SDK. I don’t doubt the developer’s capability to port their Solidity solution to the Polkadot SDK, but this implementation seems like a good candidate for a W3F grant, and also the contract could be deployed on the upcoming hub straight. Overall, I don't see enough reasons to support the proposal. This is not a direct contribution to Kusama, and as I mentioned, in my opinion, a more comprehensive content solution could be submitted as a W3F open grant application.","voterNetwork":"polkadot","remarkType":"markdown","version":"4","timestamp":1758437824},"address":"15fTH34bbKGMUjF1bLmTqxPYgpg481imThwhWcQfCyktyBzL","signature":"0x34057e39992e89978cb7c93261c3f54469d8c06ac82504faa14250486ef325792051c18ac28288184f75d39cd7385f24bbdfa0ee2eb1ac392243ac9f7abf0e85","version":"2"}
